The newly established Swat Medical College (STMC) is not just another private medical college in this province. It has been developed with a special aim and objective in this beautiful valley popularly known as Switzerland of Asia. Built over ost scenic location of Marghazar road on the outskirts of Saidu Sharif, the campus is free of noise, pollution and traffic congestion, offers an ideal calm peaceful environment for studying. Our primary aim is producing doctors who are professionally competent, excellent in ethical values and practice, cognizant of community health needs, well versed in Information technology and who are trained to work and deliver under all circumstances in the modern competitive world facing the global health challenges. This aim will be achieved through the highly qualified and experienced faculty aware of present health care needs, devoted to teaching in a student centered and friendly environment, equipped with modern teaching aids and within the prescribed curriculum integrated as a team thus providing a highly conducive environment for learning and training of MBBS students.
